Founded by Restaurateur and Principal Nick Boccio, The Project Group is a New York restaurant group that produces some of the biggest hotspots in the city including The Mulberry Project & Vinatta Project. Greenwich Village is the next setting for the Project Group’s newest fine dining destination with the appropriately named Greenwich Project. The foodie haven, set to open in April 2013, boasts an eclectic menu predominately focused on American fare with European influences, much like its predecessors. With Chef Carmine Di Giovanni at the helm of the operation, The Project Group has developed a reputation in the industry for pioneering cocktail concepts, developing trendsetting cuisine and serving as a retreat for trendy New Yorkers since 2011.
